Rita B. Hill Memorial Scholarship Endowment

The Rita B. Hill Memorial Scholarship supports freshman students from Kings and Tulare Counties with demonstrated academic and leadership achievement.  The endowment was established by James Hill in memory of his wife Rita who was involved in a fatal car accident in 2001.  Rita graduated from Cal Poly in 1971 with a degree in Sociology and was actively involved in the Cal Poly Alumni Association, serving as the Regional vice President for the Central Valley chapter.
